The Addon Products (Merchandise Store) module transforms Wefetes into a complete Event + Merchandise ecosystem.
Organizers can create and sell products/add-ons such as T-shirts, badges, passes, or coupons — either linked to events or sold independently as merchandise.
All products appear under the organizer’s Merchandise Store tab, giving customers a unified shopping experience for both event tickets and merchandise — expanding organizer revenue potential.
- Addon Products (Organizer-Managed Merchandise)
Organizers can create and manage multiple products/add-ons such as T-shirts, VIP badges, drink coupons, parking passes, and other merchandise.
Each product supports flexible configuration, multiple variants, and tax options.
Product Attributes
● Image: Display image for the product
● Name: Product title
● Description: Product details
● Type (Category): Clothing, Food, Accessories, etc.
● Quantity: Available stock
● Booking Limit per Customer: Restrict purchase quantity per user
● Variants: Size, color, or type options
● Separate Pricing per Variant: Each variant can have its own price
● Taxes: Apply one or multiple taxes (same system as tickets)
- Organizer Product Dashboard & Analytics
A dedicated dashboard for product management and analytics within the organizer’s panel.

● Manage stock levels and visibility (active/inactive)
● Track total product sales, quantities, and revenue
● View commission and payout breakdown
● Analytics for:
○ Top-selling products
○ Revenue trends
○ Event-linked vs standalone product sales

- Product Selling Options
Organizers choose how each product/addon is sold:
Option 1 — “Sell only with ticket”
● Product shown on the Event Checkout popup under each Ticket row
● Purchasable only alongside a ticket
Option 2 — “Sell separately” (will come with Organizer’s Merchandise Store only)
● Product appears on the Organizer’s Merchandise Store tab
● Purchasable independently without buying a ticket
This allows both event-related and independent merchandise sales.

● All created products automatically appear under the “Merchandise” tab on the organizer’s public profile page
● Products linked to tickets appear on the Event Checkout popup under each Ticket row
● Products not linked to events appear under the Merchandise tab
● Products can be purchased directly from this Merchandise Store page
